Cover page for payments report (form) (Public sector) [AX 2012]

Click Accounts payable > Setup > Reports > Cover page for payments report.

Use this form to specify what should appear on the cover page for payments report, including, for example, the names and titles of the people who should approve the proposed payments.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Description

Company logo

Add, change, or remove the image file that is printed as the company logo on the cover page.

Print test

Print a preview copy of the cover page for the payments report.

Description

Number of signature lines

Select the number of signature lines to print on the cover page for the payments report.

Print date line

Select this check box to print a date line with each signature line.

Print company name

Select this check box to print the company name on the cover page for the payments report.

Print company logo

Select this check box to print the company logo on the cover page for the payments report.

Report title:

Enter the title to print on the cover page for the payments report.

Orientation

Select the print orientation for the cover page for the payments report.

  • Portrait – Select this option to print the report in the portrait orientation.

  • Landscape – Select this option to print the report in the landscape orientation.

Print order

The order in which the signature lines will be printed on the cover page for the payments report.

Name

Enter the name of the person whose signature is required on the cover page for the payments report.

Title

Enter the professional title of the person whose signature is required on the cover page for the payments report.

Print name

Select this check box to print the name of the signatory below the signature line.

Print title

Select this check box to print the title of the signatory below the signature line.
