The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

NoteNote

The column headings on the grid vary. They are determined by the fields that are in the autoreport of the root table for the source document that is evaluated by the policy rule that is being tested.

Field

Description

Audit policy

The name of the audit policy that is associated with the audit policy rule that was tested.

Audit policy rule

The description of the audit policy rule that was tested.

Document type

The name of the table and source document that was tested.

Instance ID

For policy rules that are based on a Duplicate query type, this number indicates whether two or more audit violation records are duplicates. Duplicate results in the grid all share the same instance ID.

For policy rules that are based on other query types, each violation has its own instance ID value.
