Click Product information management > Common > Product configuration models. Select a product configuration model. On the Action pane, click Versions.
Use this form to create different versions of a product configuration model. A version is the relationship between the product configuration model and a product. You can use a version to select a product on an order line. You can also use a version to create a distinct product configuration that has a BOM and a route. A model that has an active version can be configured on a sales order, sales quotation, production order, or purchase order. A version of a product configuration model is active if the current date is in the period that is defined by the From date and To date fields in this form.

A selected check box indicates whether the product configuration model version is active. |
