Sign document (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
The Sign document form opens when you attempt to make a change that requires an electronic signature. For example, if electronic signatures are required when approving routes, the Sign document form opens when you click the Approve button on the Route form.
If a change to a document requires a signature and one is not provided, signing will fail and the change will not be made.
