Certifications (form)

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Vendors > All vendors. On the Action Pane, on the Vendor tab, in the Setup group, click Certifications.

Use this form to record certifications that are held by a vendor organization. Vendors can record their own vendor certifications by using the vendor self-service portal. These certifications are displayed in the Certifications form.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Select this check box if documentation of the certificate has not yet been received.

This control is available only if the Public Sector configuration key is selected.

Due date

The date by which documentation of the certificate must be received.

This control is available only if the Public Sector configuration key is selected.

Certification date

The date on which the certification was awarded.

Has attachments

A selected check box indicates that documents are associated with the certification.

Certification type

The type of certification that the vendor received.

If the Public sector configuration key is selected, the certification types are defined on the Certification type form.

Certification number

The certification number that was assigned by the certifying organization.

Certificate received

Select this check box to indicate that a copy of the certification has been received from the vendor.

Effective date

The date on which the certification becomes valid.

Expiration date

The date on which the certification is no longer valid.

Liability amount/Bond limit

Enter the amount of liability coverage or the bond limit.

This control is available only if the Public Sector configuration key is selected.

Comments

Enter comments related to the vendor certifications.

This control is available only if the Public Sector configuration key is selected.
