Grantor contact information (form) [AX 2012]

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Grants > Grants. Select a grant, and then on the Action Pane, on the Grant tab, click Edit. In the Grant details form, on the Contact information FastTab, click Add.

Use this form to add contact records for the selected grant customer. The contact records that appear in this form were created on the Contact information tab in the Customers form. Contact records are arranged by type, such as telephone, email, or website URL.

To add a contact record to the Grant details form, select the Include check box for that record. To add a new contact record, click New.

Include

Select the check box for each contact record to add for a grant customer.

Type ID

The type of contact record, such as a telephone, mobile phone, fax, or website URL.

Name or description

An optional alphanumeric description or identifier for the contact record.

Contact number/address

The contact information, such as the telephone number, email address, or website URL.

Extension

The telephone extension, if one is used with the telephone number.
