Maintain user relation versions (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
Click System administration > Common > Users > User relations. Then click Maintain versions.
Use this form to keep a history of when a user relation was active and expired.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Click this button to enter the current date as the effective date and enable the user relation. |

The date the user relation was enabled. |
Expiration |
Specify an end date for this user relation. The default value is Never. If you specify an end date and that date is reached, the user relation is void. The user might still have access to Microsoft Dynamics AX and Enterprise Portal. If the user relation is void, delete the user from the list of Microsoft Dynamics AX users and from any SharePoint groups. |
User ID |
The user's Microsoft Dynamics AX user ID. |
