Use this form to view all the assignments that are related to process references and meters that are used to track your organization’s environmental impact.
Navigating the form
The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.
Fields
Field |
Description |

User ID |
The identifier that is assigned to the worker. |
Group |
The group number to which the worker is assigned. |
Substance |
The substance of the process reference or meter to which the assignment is related. |
Source process |
The source process or starting point of the substance. |
Destination process |
The destination process or end point of the substance. |
Units |
The unit of measure that is used for the substance. |
Frequency |
The number of times per entry interval that data is entered for the process reference or meter. |
Entry interval |
The length of time that the frequency of data entry is based on. For example, if there is a 2 in the Frequency field, and Month is selected in the Entry interval field, data for the process reference or meter will be entered one time every two months. |
Meter ID |
The unique identifier of the selected meter. |
Meter type |
The meter type. If Verification is selected, the meter is used for auditing purposes and not directly for reporting. |
