(USA) Configuration checklist - Commerce Services (form) [AX 2012]

Click Organization administration > Setup > Commerce Services > Configuration checklist.

Use this form to set up and configure Commerce Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP. To begin using Commerce Services to list and sell your products online, perform the steps in the checklist in the order in which they appear.


This feature is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed.

Set up online services account (Required)

Open the Commerce Services form, in which you can set up an online services account.

Activate online service (Required)

Activate a new online service for the first time.

Select marketplaces online

Open the Commerce Services web site to select the marketplaces where you want to list your products.

Configure online store parameters

Open the Store parameters - Commerce Services form, in which you manage the parameters for your marketplaces and online stores.

Set up data synchronization

Open the Batch job form, in which you configure how frequently data is synchronized between your marketplace and the Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Enable operation logging

Enable and disable operation logging for troubleshooting.

Set up users

Open the User management page in Customer Portal, where you can manage online services users and their roles.
