Click Organization administration > Setup > Sites Services > Available solutions.

Use this form to configure and manage your Sites Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. In addition to the solutions that you create, four solution web sites are included with Microsoft Dynamics AX:

  • Online case request – Customer support representatives can accept feedback and questions for case management.

  • Human resources recruitment – Human resources staff can display ads for job openings online and receive applications from candidates.

  • Request for quotation – A purchasing agent can post purchasing needs online and vendors can review them and respond with quotations.

  • Unsolicited vendor registration – The purchasing department can accept registration requests from companies that want to become vendors for your organization.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.




Open the Sites Services Solution Wizard, which helps you create a Sites Services web site.


Activate the solution that is selected in the list.


Deactivate the solution that is selected in the list.

Available pages

Open the Available pages form, in which you can view information about the pages in the solution, manage pages online, and refresh the solution.

Select records

Open the Document filters form, in which you can manage document filters for the solution.


Synchronize data between the solution web site and Microsoft Dynamics AX.


Update the solution web site with changes that you have made in Microsoft Dynamics AX.



Solution name

The name of the Sites Services solution.

Activation status

The activation status of the solution, either Activated or Ready for activation.



Solution description

The description of the solution.

Activation details

Displays the date that the solution was activated and the date that the solution was last updated.
