Delete requests for quotations (form)

Click Procurement and sourcing > Periodic > Clean up > Delete requests for quotations.

Use this form to select a set of requests for quotations (RFQs) to delete and to enter batch-processing information.

Task that uses this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
General	Enter criteria to select the RFQs that you want to delete.
Batch	Set up batch processing to delete RFQs. For more information, see Submit a batch processing job from a form.

Field	Description
Created until	Enter a date. All RFQs that were created on or before the specified date are deleted. The Created until date is a required field. The default date is today.
Expiration date	Enter a date. All RFQs that expired on or before the specified date are deleted. If you do not enter a date in this field, all RFQs specified by the Created until field are deleted. If you enter dates for both fields, only the RFQs that meet both date conditions are deleted.
