Budget registry entries inquiry (form)

Click Budgeting > Common > Budget register entries > All budget register entries. Double-click a budget register entry or click Budget register entry on the Action Pane to create a budget register entry. In the Budget account entries grid, click Related information > Budget register entries.

Use this form to view budget register entries that have statuses of Draft or Completed for the selected financial dimension values.

Budget balances

Open the Period budgets form, in which you can view period budget balances.

Reversed tracing

Open the Reversed tracing form, in which you can view the reversal budget account entries for the selected budget account entry. This button is available only if the budget account entry was reversed. For more information, see Reversed tracing (form).

Select one of the filter settings:

  • All – View all budget register entries.

  • Draft – View only budget register entries that have a status of Draft.

  • Completed – View only budget register entries that have a status of Completed.

Budget model

The budget model for the budget register entry.

Transaction date

The date of the budget register entry.

Entry number

The entry number for the budget register entry.

Dimension values

The financial dimension values for the budget register entry.

Budget code

The budget code for the budget type for the budget register entry.

Budget type

The budget type for the budget register entry.

Currency

The currency for the budget register entry.

Transaction currency amount

The transaction currency amount for the budget register entry.

Amount type

The amount type for the budget register entry.

Amount

The budget register entry amount for the budget change. A negative sign indicates a decrease to the budget.

Source document

The source document that the budget register entry originated from.

Budget register entry status

The status of the budget register entry.
