Designate approver (form)

Click File > Tools > Options.... Click the Miscellaneous FastTab, and then click Electronic signature > Designate approver.
Use the Designate approver form to specify a user who must sign for another user's changes. For example, a supervisor might be required to sign for changes that certain employees make to bills of materials.

The ID of the user who signs. |
User name |
The name of the user who signs. The user name is displayed automatically when you select the approver user ID. |
Sign for user ID |
The ID of the user whose changes are signed for. |
User name |
The name of the user whose changes are signed for. The user name is displayed automatically when you select the ID of the user to sign for. |
