Accounting distribution templates (form)

Click Accounts receivable > Setup > Free text invoice templates. On the Invoice lines FastTab, click Distribute amounts.
Use this form to create and edit accounting distributions for the selected template invoice line.
Note
The distribution percentage must be 100 percent, which indicates that the total amount has been allocated.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Split an existing distribution line for the free text invoice template line. |

Delete the selected distribution line. |
Fields

Amount |
The total transaction amount that will be distributed. |
Net amount |
The total transaction amount that will be distributed, minus any sales taxes. |
Ledger account |
Select the ledger account to allocate the distribution to. |
Percentage |
Enter the percentage to distribute to the selected ledger account. |
Amount |
Enter the amount to distribute to the selected ledger account. |
