Return reason code groups (form) [AX 2012]

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Sales orders > Returns > Return reason code groups.

Use this form to create the reason code groups that you will assign one or more reason codes for use in handling product returns.

You create several reason codes to describe situations when a customer might return a product because of an error in the order, such as Sales agent order error, Customer order error, and Data entry error. Next, you create a return reason code for this group named Order error and assign these return reason codes to it.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.
