Click Project management and accounting > Setup > Indirect costs > Indirect cost component groups.

Use this form to create an indirect cost component group that you can assign to projects. After you create the indirect cost component group, you can assign indirect cost components to it. When you associate the indirect cost component group with a worker, and the worker records hours on the project, an indirect cost amount is automatically calculated and added to project costs.
