Recalculate takt times (class form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Production control > Setup > Lean manufacturing > Production flows. On the Versions tab, click Recalculate.

Use this form to recalculate the activity cycle times of a production flow version. This function is useful if a version is changed after it is validated. Changes to a version that affect activity cycle times include the following:

• Average takt time time

• Minimum takt time

• Maximum takt time

• Per cycle unit of measure

• Quantity per cycle

You can set up synchronous processing or batch group processing. Validation warnings and error messages are displayed in an Infolog.
