Workflow version (form)

Click [Module name] > Setup > [Module name] workflows, and then click the Versions button.

Use this form to view the version history of a workflow.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
View	View the selected version of the workflow in read-only mode.
Modify	Open the workflow editor, so that you can modify the selected version of the workflow.
Make active	Make the selected version the active version of the workflow.
Delete	Delete the selected version of the workflow.
Copy	Create a copy of the selected version of the workflow. You can then modify the copy, as necessary.
Import	Import a workflow from a file.
Export	Export the selected version of the workflow to a file.

Field	Description
Workflow	The name of the workflow.
Workflow ID	The identification number of the workflow.
Type	The type of workflow that the workflow is based on.
Active	A selected check box indicates that this version of the workflow is active.
Version	The version number of the workflow.
Status	An "X" indicates that this version of the workflow has configuration errors.
Modified	The date that this version of the workflow was last modified.
Modified by	The user who last modified this version of the workflow.
Last comment	Comments that were entered by the user who last modified this version of the workflow.
