Timesheet line details (form)

If you are using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, choose from the following:

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Timesheets > All timesheets. On the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Edit. In the Edit timesheet form, click Details.
Click Project management and accounting > Common > Timesheets > All timesheets. On the Action Pane, in the New group, click New timesheet. Create and select a new timesheet line, and then click Details.

If you are using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, choose from the following:

Home> Common > Timesheets > All timesheets. On the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Edit. In the Edit timesheet form, click Details.
Home> Common > Timesheets > All timesheets. On the Action Pane, in the New group, click New timesheet. Create and select a new timesheet line, and then click Details.

Use this form to select or view timesheet details about activities and resources, billing, and financial dimensions.

Tasks that use this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
General	Select or view details about activities, resources, and billing for the selected timesheet line.
Financial dimensions	View information about financial dimensions, such as the default dimensions and where the dimensions are used in account structures and advanced rule structures.

Field	Description
Sales price	View or update the per-unit sales price of the timesheet detail. This field is only available for timesheet approvers.
Sales currency	The accounting currency for the price that is entered in the Sales price field. This field is only available for timesheet approvers.
Sales tax group	The sales tax group for the sales tax code that will be used to calculate taxes when the customer is invoiced.
Item sales tax group	The item sales tax group for the item sales tax code that will be used to calculate taxes when the customer is invoiced.
