Create consolidation opportunity (form)

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Purchase requisitions > Consolidation opportunities. Click the New button.
Use this form to add a new consolidation opportunity. You can use consolidation opportunities to group purchase requisition lines together to apply for volume discounts from your vendors.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Description |

Total quantity |
The total number of line items that are included in the consolidation opportunity. |
Currency |
Select the currency to use to calculate the amounts for the overall consolidation opportunity. Discounts and price changes that are applied to lines in the consolidation opportunity are calculated using this currency. |
Creation date |
The date that the consolidation opportunity was created. |
Created by |
The user who created the consolidation opportunity. |
Status |
The processing stage of the consolidation opportunity. |
Targeted end date |
Select the date by which you want to complete consolidation for the selected consolidation opportunity. This date is used by the system to identify consolidation opportunities in the Purchase requisition consolidation form that have passed the targeted end date but are not yet closed. |
