(ESP) Declaration 347 tenants (form)

Click General ledger > Periodic > Report 347 > Declaration 347. Click Transactions. In the Transactions form, click Declaration 347 tenants.
Use this form to create tenants and to specify transaction details that are included for the tenant in the Declaration 347. Tenant records can be created only if the Task code field in the Transactions form is set to B - sales. Before you can specify tenant details for a declaration 347, you must set up the cash ledger accounts and 347 declaration validation lists in the 347 validation lists form. Enter the name of the tenant. |
Amount |
Enter the declaration amount in the primary currency used for company transactions. |
Reference of estate |
Enter the reference of tenancy for the estate. |

Enter the identification code of the county in which the property is located. |
Country/region |
Enter the identification code of the country/region in which the property is located. |
City |
Enter the identification code of the city in which the property is located. |
Street |
Enter the street address of the property. |
Street No. |
Enter the street number of the property. |
Entrance |
Enter the entrance number, if applicable. |
Floor |
Enter the floor number, if applicable. |
Door |
Enter the door number, if applicable. |
