Return reason codes (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Sales orders > Returns > Return reason codes.

Use this form to create the reason codes that you will assign to reason code groups for use in handling product returns.

Task that uses this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Charges	Open the Set up charges form, in which you can set up and maintain charges for reason return codes.
External codes	Open the External codes form, in which you can define external codes to match with your organization’s reason return codes.

Field	Description
Return reason code	Enter the return reason code that represents the customer’s reason for returning the item.
Description	Enter a description of the reason code.
Return reason code group	Select the reason code group to assign to the reason code. For more information, see Set up return reason code groups.
