Use this form to review and manage request for quotation (RFQ) replies. For example, you might want to identify which RFQ replies expire on a specific date, or identify the RFQ lines for which you have not received replies.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.



Case ID

View all RFQs that are related to a specific case.


View all RFQs that were created by or for a specific employee.

Expiration date

View all RFQs that are valid up to and including the specified date.

Created date

View all RFQs that were created on a specific date.



Requests for quotations reply details

Open the RFQ reply to enter or modify the reply.

Request for quotation details

Open the RFQ that the selected reply relates to.

Follow-up report

View and print a report on RFQ replies.



Procurement category

The procurement category for the RFQ line.

Item number

The identification number of the product on the RFQ line.

Vendor account

The vendor identification number.

Expiration date and time

The expiration date and time of the RFQ line.


The current status of the RFQ line.

Request for quotation

The identification of the RFQ.

Number of lines

The number of lines in the RFQ.

Multiple requests for quotations

Indicates if the RFQ has been sent to multiple vendors.
