Use this form to verify vouchers for sales tax exchange rate adjustments.


(THA) This form is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Thailand.

The sales tax exchange rate adjustment voucher number.

The date of the sales tax exchange conversion.

Voucher currency

The currency code for the sales tax exchange rate adjustment voucher.

Amount origin

The original amount that the sales tax calculation is based on.

Sales tax amount

The calculated sales tax amount.

Settlement period

The settlement period that contains the sales tax entries to be adjusted.

Sales tax - currency

The currency that the sales tax is expressed in and must be paid in.

Sales tax charge currency

The sales tax expense amount in the reporting currency.


The original amount that the sales tax is calculated from.


The quantity that the calculation of sales tax is based on.

The sales tax charge.
