Click Product information management > Common > Products > All products and product masters. Select a product or a product master and click Release products.

Click Product information management > Common > Products > Product masters. Select a product master and click Release products.

You can use this form to release products to companies that are authorized to use the products that you release. This form allows you to do the following:

Release products, product masters, and product variants to selected companies.
Identify products for release and add or remove product from the current release session.

Note

Open the Released products form to view products that are released to individual companies.
Open the Open product releases form to view information about product releases that were not completed.

Link	Description
Select products	Identify and select the products, product masters, and product variants that you want to release.
Select companies	Select the companies that you want to release the selected products to.

Buttons

Button	Description
Add	Add additional products to the release.
Remove	Remove products that you have selected for release from the release session.
Product details	View or modify details of the selected product. For example, you can add new variants to the product before you release it.
Select all	Select all the product variants on the list. All the product variants that are created for the product master are released with the product master.
Deselect all	Clear the check boxes for all the product variants on the list. None of the product variants that are created for the selected product master are released with the product master.

Fields

Fields	Description
Product number	Product number of the product master or the product that is due to be released.
Product name	Name of the product master or the product that is due to be released.
Product type	Products can be of the type Item or Service.
Product subtype	Products can be of the subtype Product or Product master.
Include product master	When this check box is selected, the product master is included in the release of the product variants. If you clear the check box, only the product variants are released to the selected company. Note A product master can only be released to a company one time. Select this check box if, for example, you want to release new product variants to a company to which the product master has already been released.
Select	Select individual product variants that you want to release. The selected product variants are released with the product master.
