Initialize profiles (form)

Click System administration > Common > Users > User profiles. Click Import > Import from AOT.
A user profile is a set of default information for a specific role in an organization, such as chief financial officer or accounting manager. The user profiles determine the content that is displayed on Role Center pages.
The list of profiles in the Initialize user profiles form is generated from the available licenses. After you import the profiles, you can add users to them.

Select all |
Selects all user profiles listed on the form to be imported into your Microsoft Dynamics AX system. |
Unselect all |
Clears all user profiles that are listed on the form so that they will not be imported into your Microsoft Dynamics AX system. |
