Vendor catalog import parameters (form)

Click Procurement and sourcing > Setup > Vendors > Vendor catalog import parameters.
Use this form to specify the path of the folder where you want to store the catalog maintenance request (CMR) files that are submitted by the vendor. When you configure the vendor for catalog import, the system creates the required folder structure in the folder that you specify in this form.

Root folder path |
Enter the path or browse to the root folder where you want to store the CMR files that are submitted by your vendor. Important This folder must be set up on either a network share or a server computer and must have network service system account access. Otherwise, you cannot configure your vendors for catalog import. |
Maximum upload size |
Enter the maximum size, in megabytes, for a catalog maintenance request file that can be submitted by the vendor. |
Maximum files in process |
Enter the maximum number of catalog maintenance request files that can be submitted and processed at the same time. |
