Identification type (form)

Click Human resources > Setup > Workers > Identification types.

Use this form to maintain the list of identification types that you can select from in the Identification form, where you can specify identifying information about a worker. Some examples of identification types are listed below:

  • Social Security Number (SSN)

  • Visa

  • Passport

  • Driver’s license

  • Birth certificate

Identification type

Enter a unique identifier for the identification type.

Description

Enter a description of the identification type.

Protect identification type

Select this check box if the identification type should not be deleted.

Note

This control is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or AX 2012 R3 is installed.
