The following table lists the forms that support the project execution business process component. The table entries are organized by business process component task and then alphabetically by form name.

Some forms in the following table are available only if prerequisite information or parameter settings have been entered in the system.

Accrue revenue

Post transactions on which you want to accrue revenue in time and material projects.

Adjust transactions

Specify the number of lines that a transaction should be divided into and make other optional changes to transaction values and field properties.

Adjustments

Adjust project transactions. You can adjust one transaction as a whole on one adjustment line, or you can change a part of the transaction by dividing it into multiple lines.

Create production order

Create a production order for a project.

Create purchase order

Create a purchase order for a project.

Create purchase requisition

Create a purchase requisition for a project.

Create sales order

Create a sales order for a project.

Edit forecast transactions

Update existing forecast lines.

Item requirements

Reserve a quantity of items for a project, and then consume the items when necessary. An item requirement is a reservation of items for a project from the company's own inventory.

New request for quotation

Create a request for quotation for a project.

New timesheet

Create and update timesheets.

On-account

Enter on-account transactions on projects. The information that is entered in this form differs depending on the project type.

Post costs

Transfer costs from hour, expense, and item transactions that are posted but not invoiced to Profit and loss and Balance ledger accounts.

Project contracts

Specify the invoice frequency for an existing project contract. Create invoices for time and material projects.

Project groups

Create a provision for foreseeable losses in project groups. The provision for foreseeable losses applies to fixed-price and investment projects only.

Purchase agreements

Create a purchase agreement for a project.

Sales agreements

Create a sales agreement for a project.

Select transactions for adjustment

Select transactions that you want to adjust and optionally filter the records by defining a time interval.

Invoice proposals

View and update preliminary project invoices. Approve, reject, or revoke approval for an invoice proposal.

On-account

Enter on-account transactions on projects. Create invoice billing schedules.

Post invoice proposals

Print, preview, or post either a single invoice proposal or multiple invoice proposals.

Select for credit note

Choose transactions that you want to reverse or to credit back to the customer on a selected invoice.

 

 

 

Recognize revenue

Create estimate

Create an estimate that has a specified estimate date. The estimate includes all transactions that occur on or before the estimate date and that have not been included in any previous estimate. This applies to hour, expense, item, and on-account transactions only.
