Change the start date for an approved vendor [AX 2012]

Use this procedure to change the start date of the effective approval period for a product that is authorized for an approved vendor. To change the start date, use either the Released products list page form or the Released product details form.

  1. Click Product information management > Common > Released products.

  2. On the Action Pane, on the Purchase tab, in the Approved vendor group, click Setup.

  3. Select the vendor with the start date to change.

  4. In the Effective field, select the new start date for the approval period. The start date can be any date.

  2. Double-click the product with the start date to change. The Released product details form is displayed.

  3. On the Action Pane, on the Purchase tab, in the Approved vendor group, click Setup.
