Use this form to select a production unit or resource group that you want log in and perform a task for in manufacturing execution.

Buttons

Note

Buttons on this form are only available to shop supervisors, or workers who have permission to carry out tasks described in Key tasks: Process production jobs in Manufacturing execution. Supervisor permissions are granted on the Worker form by selecting the Supervisor options check box on the Time registration FastTab.

If a worker only has permission to make registrations in the Job registration form, he or she will not see the buttons described below. When the worker has selected the relevant production unit or resource group the worker’s job list will be displayed in the Job registration form.

Job registration

Open the Job registration form to make registrations on production jobs or projects.

Change feedback

Correct erroneous registrations made by workers.

Edit job list

Change the sequence of jobs in a job list, move jobs between resources, or set jobs to high priority.

Attendance

View attendance for a calculation group. Create clock-in, clock-out, and absence registrations for workers.

Resource

Identification of the resource.

Description

Detailed description of the resource.

Personnel number

This field is only completed if the resource is a worker.
