Copy purchase requisition lines to request for quotations (form) [AX 2012]

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Purchase requisitions > Purchase requisitions requested for me. Select the purchase requisition that you want to copy to a request for quotation (RFQ). On the Action Pane, on the Purchase requisition tab, in the Actions group, click Create request for quotation.

NoteNote

You cannot copy from a purchase requisition that has a status of Draft or Closed. For more information, see About statuses for purchase requisitions.

Use this form to copy lines from a purchase requisition to an RFQ by selecting the check box next to each of the RFQ lines to copy.

Buying legal entity

Select the legal entity for which you want to create an RFQ.

Purchase requisition

The purchase requisition number that contains the line.

Item number

The identification number of the item.

Product name

The description of the product.

Buying legal entity

The legal entity on the purchase requisition.
