Item process duration (form)

Click Master planning > Inquiries > Processes > Unfinished scheduling processes. Click Inquiries > Item process duration.

Use this form to view detailed information about the duration of the processing time, per item, for the items that are included in the selected scheduling process. You can use this information to monitor items that require long processing times. This form is useful when you are analyzing system performance.

Delete all

Deletes all of the item process duration records for the current log.

Thread

The identification of the scheduling process thread.

Item number

The identification of the item.

Status

The status of the selected scheduling process. The options are as follows:

  • Deleting and inserting data

  • Coverage planning

  • Futures messages

  • Action message

BOM level

The BOM level that the process task is performed on. The calculation processes the item requirements starting at level 0.

Master planning level sub-state

The process step on the current level that the process task duration record was created in. The master scheduling process passes through the sub-states for each level within in each process status. The set of possible sub-states depends on the scheduling process status.

Order bundle

The ID of the set of orders that will be scheduling in the same scheduling engine instance as part of the process task. The value -1 indicates that no order bundling must be done for the process task.

Start date/time

The time that the processing of the item started.

End date/time

The time that the processing of the item ended.

Duration

The time that it took to process the item.

Scheduling process

The ID of the scheduling process that the process task duration record was created for.

Plan

The plan that the process task duration record was created for.
