Bulk edit operations resources

You can use the Bulk edit button on the Resources and Resource groups forms to change a field value on one or more resources or resource groups at the same time.

Note

You can only edit one field value at a time. If you want to change the values of additional fields, you must perform a bulk edit for each field.

Bulk edit resources

To bulk edit resource groups:

  1. Click Organization administration > Common > Resources > Resources.

  2. Click Bulk edit.

  3. In the field that is named Field:, select the field that you want to change the value of.

  4. Enter the new information in the Value: field.

  5. Click OK to perform the bulk edit.

To bulk edit resources:

  1. Click Organization administration > Common > Resources > Resource groups.

  2. Click the Bulk edit button to open Bulk edit form.

  3. In the field that is named Field:, select the field that you want to change the value of.

  4. Enter the new information in the Value: field.

  5. Click OK to perform the bulk edit.
