Purchase requisition versions (form)

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Purchase requisitions > Purchase requisitions prepared by me. From the Purchase requisitions prepared by me list page, select the purchase requisition from the list for which you want to view purchase requisition versions. Click the Review tab, and then click the Purchase requisition versions button.
Use this form to view a list of the versions that were created for a selected purchase requisition. An initial entry is created after the purchase requisition is submitted for review. Any changes that are made to the purchase requisition during the review process or when a purchase order is generated for the purchase requisition are recorded in the history tables and can be viewed in this form.

Displays the document status of the purchase requisition when the version was created. |
Reason code |
Displays the business justification that was entered on the purchase requisition header for the version. |
