Update percent complete (form) [AX 2012]

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > Project contracts. Open a project contract from the project contract list page. In the Project contracts form, on the Action Pane, on the Maintain tab, in the Process group, click Manage contract status. In the Contract status form, click Update percentage.

Use this form to update the percentage of work completed on a project. When you are ready to create an invoice proposal for the work, the percentage complete is used to automatically calculate the amount on a customer invoice for the project.

If you are using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, this form is available only if the Project Management and Accounting Add-in is installed.

Field

Description

Percent invoiced

The percentage of work on the project contract for which invoices were previously posted.

Total billing percent

Enter the percentage of work that is completed to date on the project contract.
