Click System administration > Setup > Checklists > Data upgrade checklist. Click Compare data upgrade row counts.
The Compare data upgrade row counts task in the Data upgrade checklist displays table rows counts as a preliminary check of data integrity on the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 target system following upgrade.

OK (the table upgrade was probably successful), Warning (impossible to determine the success of the upgrade), or Error (the table upgrade probably failed). |
Table ID |
The source table ID. |
Source table name |
The table name from the source database in Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. |
Source row count |
The row count of the source table. |
Shadow table name |
The shadow table that contains a copy of the source table data. Preprocessing upgrade scripts prepare the data in the shadow table for bulk copy to the target system. |
Shadow row count |
The row count of the shadow table. |
Bulk copy row count |
Rows counted during bulk copy of the shadow table to the target system. |
Target table name |
The name of the destination table in the bulk copy process. Target tables are Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 database tables that contain the upgraded data from the source system. |
Target row count |
The row count of the target table. |
