Use this form to specify a group of workers to which a project expense policy can be applied.

Example

You have a standard limit of USD 100.00 for meals for workers who are visiting Chicago on business. Next month, however, many members of your sales team will be attending a conference in Chicago where they hope to win a number of new customers. Therefore, you want to allow these workers a maximum of USD 500.00 per day for meals so that they can attend business lunches and dinners with prospective customers. In the Project expense policy worker groups form, you create a group for these workers called “Chicago Sales Team” and add each worker to that group. Then, when you create an expense policy, you create a meal policy of USD 500.00 for the city where the conference is taking place. Next, you add this worker group to the expense policy, and then specify the start date and end date for the policy to match when the sales team will be working in Chicago. To ensure that meal charges are not flagged as being out of policy for these workers, you must also exclude them from the policy rule that normally applies to meal expenses in Chicago.
