Ledger updates (form) (Project Management and Accounting Add-in)

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > All projects. Open a project from the project list. On the Projects page, on the Project transactions tab on the right pane, click Hour transactions. In the Hour transactions form, on the Action Pane in the View group, click View ledger updates.
Use this form to view how transactions for hours on a project are posted to financial accounts. You can view information for indirect costs related to the transaction, if any.
Note
These controls are available only if the Project Management and Accounting Add-in is installed.

Review indirect costs |
Open the Indirect component transaction form to display the indirect cost components and rates that are assigned to the indirect cost component group. Indirect costs are not directly attributable to the production of an item or the performance of a service. Examples of indirect costs are electricity, office supplies, or rent. Note This button is enabled only when the transaction has indirect costs assigned to it. |

The name of the indirect cost component group that is assigned to the hour transaction. An indirect cost component group associates related indirect cost components and defines the rules by which indirect costs are calculated. |
