Identification (form)

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action Pane, click Worker tab > Related information group > Personal information > Identification.
In order to work for some companies, workers must provide proof of their identity. Use this form to enter identification information for a worker.

Identification type |
Select the identification type for the identification. For example, a worker in the United States might present their passport to prove their identity. In that example, you would select the identification type that is associated with the passport in this field.
The information in this field is maintained in the following form: Identification type (form). |
Number |
Enter the number that is associated with the worker’s proof of identification. For example, if a worker in the United States presents their Social Security card as proof of identity, enter the Social Security Number on their card in this field. |
Description |
Enter additional information about the identification. |
Entry type |
Enter additional classification information about the identification. |
Primary |
Select this check box if the identification is the primary proof of identity for the worker. |
Issuing agency |
Select the agency that issued the proof of identification to the worker. For example, if a worker in the United States presents their state driver’s license as proof of identity, select the issuing agency associated with the state government in this field.

Issued date |
Enter the date when the proof of identity was issued. |
Expiration date |
Enter the date when the proof of identity expires. |
