Enrolled workers (form) [AX 2012]

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Human resources > Common > Benefits > Benefits. Select a benefit, and then select Enrolled workers.

Use this form to view a list of enrolled workers and enrollment dates for a specific benefit. You can also export the list to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.



Current records

Click the Advanced options icon above the list to display the following options:

  • Display the records as of – Enter a date, and then click Apply to view all of the workers that were enrolled or will be enrolled on the date entered.

  • Display all records – Select this check box, and then click Apply to view all expired and currently enrolled workers, and also workers who will be enrolled in this benefit in the future.


These options are only available if you are viewing only currently enrolled workers.



Mass benefit enrollment

Open the Mass benefit enrollment form, where you can enroll multiple workers in the selected benefit.

Export to Microsoft Excel

Export all of the records to a new spreadsheet in Excel.

Display current

Select Display current to view only workers that are currently enrolled in this benefit.


This button is only available if you are currently viewing all expired, active, and future enrolled workers, or workers that are enrolled in this benefit on a specified date.




The name of the worker enrolled in the benefit.

Enrollment start

The first day that this benefit is available to the worker.

Enrollment end

The last day that this benefit is available to the worker.

Worker type

The type of employment, such as employee or contractor.
