Click Procurement and sourcing > Setup > Policies > Purchase requisition permissions.
Use this form to set up permissions for a worker to enter purchase requisitions on behalf of someone else or to request purchases in another legal entity or operating unit.
Set up permissions for ordering products on behalf of someone else
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Requester |
View a list of requesters on whose behalf a selected worker can enter purchase requisitions. Note Only workers who are assigned to a role that includes the task of preparing and submitting purchase requisitions can be assigned permissions to enter purchase requisitions on behalf of others. |
Legal entity |
View a list of legal entities in which the selected worker can request the purchase of items or services. |
Operating unit |
View a list of operating units in which the selected worker can request the purchase of items or services. |
Preparer |
View a list of workers who can enter purchase requisitions on behalf of the selected worker. |

Add |
Add selected legal entities or operating units in which the requester has permissions to request items or services. Also, add preparers who have permissions to request items or services on behalf of the selected requester, or add requesters on whose behalf the selected preparer can request items and services. Note To remove permissions that were granted to a worker to request products in another legal entity or operating unit, or on behalf on another worker, enter the expiration date in the Expiration field. |

Granted by administrator |
If selected, this check box indicates that an administrator set up the permissions data for the selected worker. If the check box is cleared, this indicates that a worker set up the permissions data for the selected worker. |
Effective |
Enter the date on which the selected worker can begin entering purchase requisitions for this worker. |
Expiration |
Enter the last date on which the selected worker can enter purchase requisitions for this worker. |
Buying legal entity |
The legal entity in which the selected worker has permissions to request purchases. The legal entities listed here are in addition to the legal entity that the worker is already associated with |
Receiving operating unit |
The operating unit in which the selected worker has permissions to enter purchase requisitions. The operating units listed here are in addition to the operating unit in which the worker currently holds a position. |
