View expiration dates for all approved vendors by item [AX 2012]

Use this procedure to view the expiration dates for all vendors who have been approved for a specific item.

  1. Click Product information management > Common > Released products.

  2. Double-click the item to view. The Released product details form is displayed.

  3. On the Purchase tab, on the Action Pane, in the Approved vendor group, click Effective period. The Approved vendor list expiration form is displayed.

  4. To change the search criterion, select different values in the following fields, and then click View.

    • As of – Select a different as of date to view vendors whose approval expires for this item on or after this date. The current date is the default date.

    • Include never expired – Select the check box to include vendors whose approval never expires.
