Click Project on the top link bar, click Projects on the Quick Launch, select a project, click the Maintain tab, and then click Related information > Service orders.

The Service orders page is displayed.

  2. Click a service order link, or select a service order and then click Actions > Service order. The Service order page is displayed, where you can view detailed information about the service order.

    NoteNote

If the Calendar conflict check box is selected, the service date for this service order conflicts with the date on the calendar. If the Sign off check box is selected, the service order lines must be signed off for the service order before they can be posted.

The lower pane lists the lines for this service order, and includes information such as whether the lines have been signed off, and any service tasks and service objects that are attached to the lines.

  3. You can click the options in the Related Information menu to view the service agreements, service task relations, service object relations, and service repair lines that are related to this service order.
