Add, edit or delete timesheet delegates [AX 2012]

You can authorize delegates to enter timesheet information on your behalf. You can delete delegates or modify information about delegates at any time.

Depending on your role or the privileges that are assigned to you, you might need to go to your Employee services site before you complete the procedures in this topic.

  1. Click Time and attendance on the top link bar.

  2. On the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click My delegates.

  3. On the Edit my timesheet delegates page, click Add.

  4. In the Delegate field, select a personnel ID or name, and then click OK.

  5. In the Start date and End date fields, select the time period during which the delegate can enter time information on your behalf.

  6. If you want to add another timesheet delegate, click the Update icon beside the delegate entry, and then repeat steps 3 through 5.

    –or–

    If you are finished working with timesheet delegates, click OK.

  1. Click Time and attendance on the top link bar.

  2. On the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click My delegates.

  3. To change a delegate, in the Delegate field, select a new personnel ID or name.

  4. To change the time period for which an existing delegate can to enter time information on your behalf, select new dates in the Start date and End date fields .

  5. After you make your changes, click OK.

  1. Click Employee services on the top link bar.

  2. On the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click My delegates.

  3. In the Edit my timesheet delegates page, click the row of the delegate whose timesheet delegate permissions you want to cancel, and then click Remove.

  4. Click OK.
