Add and maintain your positions of trust

Use the Competencies page to add or maintain information about the positions of trust that you currently hold or have held in the past. A position of trust is a position or role that a person performs outside the responsibilities of their primary position. For example, a position of trust can be a membership in a professional association or a seat on a board of directors.

Note

Depending on your role or the privileges that are assigned to you, you might need to go to your Employee services site before you complete the procedures in this topic.

View a position of trust

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.

  2. On the Position of trust FastTab, click a position of trust link to view detailed information about the position of trust.

Add a position of trust

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.

  2. On the Position of trust FastTab, click Add to display the New position of trust page.

  3. Enter the name of the company or organization where you hold the position of trust.

  4. Enter the title of the position that you hold with the company or organization.

  5. Enter the date when you started working for the company or organization.

  6. Enter the last date you held the position with company or organization.

  7. Enter additional information about the position of trust in the Notes field.

  8. Click Save and close.

Modify a position of trust

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.

  2. On the Position of trust FastTab, select the position of trust to modify.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Modify or enter information in the necessary fields and then click Save and close.

Delete a position of trust

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.

  2. On the Position of trust FastTab, select the position of trust to delete and then click Remove.
