Use the Competencies page to add or maintain information about skills that you possess or skills that you expect to achieve. Skills that you enter are available in broad skill searches in your company or organization. This is useful, for example, if your company or organization searches for someone who is qualified to perform a certain task, participate in a work group, or fill a specific position.
