Modify or delete a timesheet in Enterprise Portal [AX 2012]

If a timesheet has not been submitted, you can modify or delete it.

Depending on your role or the privileges that are assigned to you, you might need to go to your Employee services site before you complete the procedures in this topic.

  1. Click Timesheets on the top link bar.

  2. On the Timesheets list page, select the check box for the timesheet that you want to modify.

  3. On the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Edit.

  4. On the Edit timesheet page, on the Timesheet lines FastTab, make changes to existing timesheet lines, or click New lines to add new timesheet lines.

  5. Click the Update button at the right end of the line.

    ImportantImportant

    You must click the Update button before you can change another timesheet line.

  6. To submit the timesheet for approval, select the lines that you want to submit, and then click Submit.

    To close the timesheet without submitting it, on the Action Pane, click Save and close

  1. Click Timesheets on the top link bar, and then on the Action Pane, in the New group, click New timesheet.

  2. On the Timesheets list page, select the check box for the timesheet that you want to delete.

  3. On the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Delete.
