Add and maintain your contact information [AX 2012]

Your contact information is displayed on the Contact details FastTab on the Personal information page. Use the Personal information page to modify your contact information. Or, if you are a manager, you can use the View employee – Person page to modify an employee’s contact information. For more information about modifying an employee’s contact information, see Add or maintain employee contact information.

Depending on your role or the privileges that are assigned to you, you might need to go to your Employee services site before you complete the procedures in this topic.

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Personal details on the Quick Launch.

  2. To modify your contact details, on the Contact details FastTab select a contact detail to modify and then click Details > Edit. Update the necessary fields and then click Save and close.

  3. To add new contact details, on the Contact details FastTab click Add. Enter the necessary information and then click the Save icon.

  2. To modify your address information, on the Addresses FastTab select an address to modify and then click Edit. Update the necessary fields and then click Save and close.

  3. To add an address, on the Addresses FastTab click Add. Enter the necessary information and then click Save and close.
