Add and maintain your project experiences information

Use the Competencies page to add or maintain information about the project experiences that you have. You can enter information about projects that you have already worked on or projects that you are currently working on.

Note

Depending on your role or the privileges that are assigned to you, you might need to go to your Employee services site before you complete the procedures in this topic.

View project experience information

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.

  2. On the Project experience FastTab, click the project name link to view detailed information about your project.

Add project experience information

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.

  2. On the Project experiences FastTab, click Add to display the New project experience page.

  3. Enter the name of the project.

  4. Enter the role that you performed throughout the project. For example, enter Project manager if that was your role.

  5. Enter the start and end date for the period of time when you worked on the project.

  6. Click Save and close.

Modify project experience information

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.

  2. On the Project experience FastTab, select the project experience to modify and then click Edit to display the Edit project experience page.

  3. Modify or enter information in the necessary fields and then click Save and close.

Delete project experience information

  1. Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.

  2. On the Project experiences FastTab, select the project experience row to remove and then click Remove.
